1. Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations, agreements and stays at Camping Lettenberg Valley, located at Pingelarestraat 2, 8956 Heuvelland.
The term “guest” or “tenant” refers to the person who reserves a camping pitch or accommodation at Camping Lettenberg Valley.
Any deviation from these terms is only valid if agreed upon in writing.
All agreements are governed by Belgian law.
2. Reservations
Reservations can only be made by persons aged 18 or over.
A reservation becomes final once you have received a confirmation email from us.
The agreement applies exclusively to recreational stays. Permanent residence is not permitted.
Camping Lettenberg Valley reserves the right to refuse a reservation without stating reasons.
3. Payment
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, the following payment conditions apply:
For online reservations, 50% of the total amount must be paid within 1 day after the reservation date and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
For reservations made on-site at the campsite, payment must be made in full immediately at the reception.
Payments must include the reservation or invoice number.
Upon full payment, the guest declares acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
4. Changes and force majeure
Changes
If you wish to make a change to your reservation, please contact us in good time. We will assess whether this is possible.
Administrative fees may be charged for changes.
If you change to a cheaper period or accommodation, the price difference will not be refunded.
Changes made less than 30 days before arrival may, in principle, no longer be accepted.
Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as storm, flooding, fire, epidemics, government measures or other circumstances beyond our control), Camping Lettenberg Valley may amend or cancel the agreement without being liable for compensation.
In such cases, we will always seek a reasonable solution, such as rescheduling the stay to another date.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing or by email.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is due
Up to 3 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount is due
Up to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount is due
Failure to arrive within 24 hours after the agreed arrival date without prior notice will be considered a cancellation.
6. Stay and use
Unless otherwise agreed, the following times apply:
Check-in from 1:30 PM
Check-out no later than 11:00 AM
Camping pitches and accommodations may only be used by the number of persons stated in the reservation.
Pets are welcome, provided campsite rules are respected and any applicable fees are paid.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
Open fires are not allowed, except in a safe and permitted manner (for example, supervised barbecues).
Quiet hours apply between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests are kindly requested to respect other visitors.
Subletting or transferring the accommodation to third parties is not permitted.
7. Liability and damage
The guest is liable for any damage caused to the camping pitch, accommodation, inventory or campsite during the stay by themselves or their fellow guests.
Any damage or defects must be reported immediately to the campsite management.
Camping Lettenberg Valley is not liable for:
Theft, loss or damage to personal belongings
Accidents occurring on the campsite
Interruptions to utilities (water, electricity, internet)
Damage caused by weather conditions or force majeure
Staying at the campsite is at your own risk.
8. Complaints
If you have a complaint during your stay, please report it immediately so that we have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Written complaints after departure must be submitted within 14 days after departure via:

9. Departure
Guests are requested to leave the camping pitch or accommodation in a tidy condition:
Waste removed
Personal belongings taken
Inventory complete and clean
Additional cleaning costs or damage may be charged.
10. Privacy
Camping Lettenberg Valley processes personal data solely for reservations, communication and administrative purposes.
