Looking for charm and history

Heuvelland combines nature with charm and history. In the village of Kemmel, you can stroll through the streets, enjoy a drink on a terrace or take part in local events such as the Zoetemarkt.

The historic city of Ypres is also just a short distance from our campsite. Here, you can discover moving reminders of the First World War and attend the daily Last Post ceremony under the Menin Gate, a moment that leaves no one untouched.

In addition, the Ypres Rally passes through our region, cycling races take place in the hills and the well-known Festival Dranouter is held nearby.

In Heuvelland, you not only experience nature, but also atmosphere, tradition and the warm character of village life.
